Due to clinic limitations there is no provision for prescriptions for controlled substances or medical forms at this clinic.

Masking may be required at the walk-in clinic. If the patient has any covid-19 symptoms and/or has tested positive for Covid-19, we strongly encourage the patient to wear a mask for the safety of the other patients and the staff.

In-person registration begins at 8:00 AM Monday through Friday. We will take registration for all clinics throughout the day beginning at 8:00 AM.
